Door Dimensions - bug?

It seems that something is wrong with the dimensions of the door.
Look at the attached picture.
What am I wrong with?

The dimension on the right refers to the structural opening not the door height. Does this help.

The problem is that I get the structural width and not the structural height of the opening.
I expect to have coherent dimensions.
In ac16 it worked in this way.
Now in ac18 it doesn't.
Is it a bug?
How to get the dimensions of the wall hole?
