Doors NOT showing handles in ELEVATION only , showing in 3d

Hi! I have a strange situation. Doors are set up well, and showing handles in 3D, but not in elevation.... I checked model views, doors setting... can't find what's the issue this time.. 

Operating system used: Mac Intel-based

Have you checked the settings in Model View Options under Detail Level of Doors, Window and Skylight Symbols to make sure handles are turned on in elevation?

I had all on. Believe it or not..... after restarting archicad, all of the sudden we can see now handles.. Very interesting
