Every Pen Set Ever Used Loads Automatically Every Time

It seems that Every Pen Set Ever Used Loads Automatically Every Time regardless of what project I open, or if I delete them. It is pretty messy. I've tried to delete them through the "Pens and Colors" dialogue, as well as the Attribute Manager, thinking that the .aat would be the one referenced each time I open. One thing I can think of is that I do change the title of my project periodically...but I would think that each iteration would refer to the most recent .aat, rather than revert to some previous version. What do you think?
Thanks--
John

Sounds like you have gnomes.

Something supernatural, anyway. The oddest thing is that many of the Pen Sets/Complex Profiles are foreign to me (like, did not originate in this office). For instance, many are from Andy's ACE Materials file, that I have had open from time-to-time, but have never cut/paste from and into this particular file [I have created an office Materials Palette from the ACE file, however it is free of all non-standard attributes]. Like Zobi's Pen Sets, I know the source of many of these attributes by the name; however, how they became associated with this file is a mystery.

I have the same problem and have pretty much given up on trying to track it down. I see by the signatures that it is a Mac and Windows problem.

Ok, sounds to me like another bug.
Is there a place to report it?

I still use 9, so have little basis to speak to this problem, but have you tried throwing out the cache and preference files?

I haven't...but it sounds potentially dangerous, no? Like in Ghostbusters, when Ray (Egon?) suggests that, as a last resort, they need to cross the beams to blast the marshmallow man...throw away?

This does sound like a bug.

On the next update I'll be sure to post with as few attributes as possible. I am almost beginning to enjoy the pain caused by working with the AM. If only the referenced texture files scaled properly in the AM, I would save a materials AAT only.
