It seems there's a bug with graphic overrides, in AC20 and AC21 :
- create a zone with a recovering hatch, any foreground pen and background pen = 0, and a second zone with the same but background pen = -1 (or any other) ;
- create a graphical override with a rule, where the background pen of all the zones will be let's say 20 ;
Why the elements with background pen = 0 are not affected by the GO ?

It's a feature!
Please look into the help files.

Seriously instead of having it as a "feature", we could narrow the criteria to include (or not) the 0 background pens if we wanted to...
I'd prefer that...
