SOLVED!

How can I list Zones by any of their parameters in Schedules?

I go into one of the zones I have already placed, into Zone Selection Settings > Settings > Zone Identification

In there, I have checked the boxes for:

Apartment ID

Position

House Number

and have entered data in the relevant fields at right.

I am looking for a way to filter zones in my schedules based on these three fields. So far I haven't found one. Am I missing something?

Those fields are Zone Stamp library part parameters. Library part parameters can be used not only as filters, but also as fields in your schedules.

To set this up, click the small arrow next to the Add Criteria button and select Library Part Parameters. Then look for the library part you’re using in your Zone Category (under Element Attribute options). From there, you can find and select the correct parameters. See this help page for screenshots: https://help.graphisoft.com/AC/27/INT/_AC27_Help/140_UserInterfaceDialogBoxes/140_UserInterfaceDialo...

If you’re using the Zone Stamp 02 27 library part, the parameter names are:
Apartment ID: stApartmentId
House Number: stHouseNumber
Position: stPosition

Hope that helps!

I added a wish about this topic — unfortunately, it’s in German. It would be great to get as many votes as possible.
It’s really frustrating not to be able to schedule such basic information...

Could you not apply that data as properties attached to the zone?

Are the Apartment ID, Position, House Number fields inside the zone stamp?

Yes, that’s true. You can add them, but nothing beyond that. Sorry — I was a few steps ahead.

If you want to work with the parameters properly in the Property Manager using a formula, unfortunately, that’s not possible.

For example, when the areas of Apartment 01 add up to more than 500 sqm, it should assign 2 parking spots — but that can’t be done.

Yes, that’s true. Library part parameters aren’t available in Properties, so it’s not possible to perform any calculations with them. Also, even when using only Properties, Archicad doesn’t allow summing values across different elements.
