How to change all text and labels to a new font

Too Long

Is it possible to change all fonts to the same type yet?

Or is there something like a graphic override that can do this?

My practice has decided that they like a new font and all new work needs to be updated (very annoying) and all my favourites are now in the wrong font.

Seems like auto text labels do change the actual text and other properties as well (text colour, and size).

Even though you change just the font style.

Strange, as with text and dimensions, only what you change (i.e. just the font type) is altered.

The other settings (size, colour, etc.) do not change.

Looks like labels will need to be edited one at a time.

i don't think there is a quick & easy change to your favourites. you'll have to change them to suit your new standard.

although Graphic Overrides can still be useful, in the meantime. you could add a Quality Control G.O. in your current docs that highlight the old-standard font. screenshots below:

Not every where in one go.

Select all text and change.

Select all dimensions and change.

Repeat for each storey and view.

Graphic overrides can't change the font, but can detect the font as Gerry explained.

These can be selected and edited all at the same time for the same type of favourite (text, dimension, label).

No need to do each one individually.

You can also export the favourites you fix and then import them into any other file.

Thanks Barry, How do I change the favorites all at once?

Ive selected all labels to change the font but it just changes all labels to be the same as the label on which I hit Edit.
