Include specific classifications and properties in custom door/window marker

Hi,
I am working on creating a custom window marker and I would like it to display certain data from classifications and properties (c&p). I get it to show c&p in general, but I want it to display specific data (such as Structural Function/Renovation Status etc) by default, so my colleagues don't have to manually pick these from the list inside the object.
Where can I insert this information? As far as I can see I'm allowed to write in the c&p rows, when I open the object, but this does not correspond to the value in c&p. I hope my question is clear.

Here I manually wrote "Structural Function", but although it looks the same in the marker, it doesn't link to the value.
