Is it possible NOT to show contours in a 3D document?

I would like to do a 3D-document using only the plain non-shaded fills. Is there a way of turning the contours off?

Create a penset where the outline pens are white hairlines.

They should be all but noticeable when printing.

Or copy and paste the view and delete all the lines, but that's not a live update solution.

You can even override the uncut pen to a white pen.

Thank you Erwin for your quick response. However, I was looking for a way of turning them off, just as you can do with contours in the 3d window.

There is no such option in 3D document, hence the two possible work-arounds.

If you like the 3D window, you can save that and put it on layouts, but the quality won't be very nice.

Or just do a photorender without shadows, reflection, etc etc, to look like the 3D window.
