The Solo Edition has never included all features of the full product, so I have to assume that this is one of those things that they've not provided to you. But, it seems impossible to verify as there is no information on the Graphisoft web site on the solo edition of 28, and the KB article here on the community is one year old and only refers to Solo 27. Seems you might have to contact your reseller until Graphisoft fleshes out their information here.
