1. Using the Data Mapping in the "IFC Scheme Setup", the door's dimension is mapped to the IFC data.
IFC data Mapping

2. Label the Door with displaying the door's dimension as the "Additional Tags"

3. However, the door's dimension unit in the label is meter. Any help for change the unit to be mm? (Refer to the Fig. 03.)

To change the units from Metres to Millimeters for IFC fields, navigate to the Options Menu>Project Preferences>Calculation Units & Rules. A dialogue box will appear, simply set the Length Unit to Millimeter!

It works! Thank you a lot!

There are trivial problem. If apply the text frame, the ID is fine. However the text frame does not work for the multiple rows of the additional tags. Any solution?

How is the "AC" line of the Label in your image generated?
Is it generated similarly, using IFC Scheme Setup? If you, can you show the Rule in the Dialog that generates it?

Both the WO & AC are using the IFC Scheme Setup, the rule in the dialog is shown in the attached figure.

The result seems fine to me based on the Rule you set.
The 6-7-8 spaces between the two numbers are coming from the rule, so that line of the Label becomes longer and the size of the text frame is adjusted accordingly.

What it the graphical result you would like to achieve?

The expected style of the custom label is shown as the attachment. However for the label, the red line are manually added.

I don't think this is possible to do currently.
You would probably have to manually modify the script of the Generic Label. However, I think it would be pretty difficult because you want in your example you are listing 2 Parameters resulting from IFC Mapping. In the first you don't want a vertical division line between the two values, in the second you do.
So it would not be a simple task.
