Dragging sets from View Map to Layout Book requires moving and adjusting

I was wondering if there is a way to have the plan automatically drop into the center of a sheet layout from the center of the plan rather than the bottom left corner of the plan?

Also, If I change sheet sizes from 8.5" x 11" to 11" x 17" or 24"x36" to 30"x40", the sheets start from the bottom left corner, which requires a manual adjustment of every layout. I would like the option for all sheets to drop in from the center of the sheet. Is there a setting for this? or is it the way I created them?
