Link section name in view to layout

Is there a way I can link the section name on the personal views tab to the layout tab. I can place the view in the layout but never update the name of the section.

1) in the project map define the id and name of your section.
2) in the view settings of the view for the section you are placing on the layout, be sure the name and id of the view is set to "by project map"
3)when the view is placed on a layout be sure in drawing settings that the id and name of the drawing are set to "by project map"
4) in the settings for the section be sure under Marker Symbol and Text that the first and second text Row are set to "Referred Drawing" and that show name and show drawing ID are checked in one or the other depending on how you named the section in the project map.
5) The target goal here is to NEVER use a "Custom" name for a section, elevation, or detail View in the View Map or a drawing on a layout
