This workflow may not suit everyone, but hopefully it will give some ideas on simplifying the process. These tutorials were made for our internal company ArchiBLOG. The method assumes that each drawing has a unique ID per layout sheet and a unique name.

I didn't include Interior Elevations, Worksheets, 3D Documents, 3D Views, Schedules, or Indexes, but the principles are the same.
