Override cover fills in archicad 20 - moved location

Archicad seems to have changed the location of overriding cover fills in the model view options to having it in the graphic override combinations. Before I used to just go into the Model View Options to change the cover fill settings - now it seems really complicated and I'm not sure what I'm supposed to click in order to not show a cover fill on a model view combination. Help!

It is more complicated, but it is also more useful once you get the hang of it. And it is not really very hard.

I have a slab that I want to show on both the floor plan and the site plan. On the site plan i have a cover fill, but do not want the cover fill to show on the floor plan.

Make a different View for Site Plan and the Floor Plan. Each View can have it's own settings.

Hey, again, thank you - but maybe I'm not being very clear. I am aware that you can have graphic override combinations for different plans such as site and drafting. My question is I'm not sure what to change in the graphic override settings in order to not have the cover fills show. At the moment under drafting - i have unticked the boxes for "all cover fills" yet it still shows up. What settings do i need to change??

I think what you want to do is check the box for all cover fills, then select a background or transparent fill (depending on what you want). You don't actually turn off the cover fills, you select an alternative fill that won't show.

Here is a GO Rule (which must part of a GO Combination) to make all cover fills transparent. You may need to modify this for your needs.

Hey I'm still having trouble figuring out what settings i actually need to change. I have changed the drafting graphic override combination to have all the cover fills not show up (unticked all the boxes - is this what I am supposed to do?) the slab I am wanting have overriden the cover fill is still showing - nothing i seem to change in the graphic override settings seems to change the display on the plan. Can someone please explain how I actually go about this?
