Pen Error It turns red

I'm using the default pen colors but i don't know why all of it turns into red suddenly.. If anyone knows how to fix it, please let me know thank you

This happens to me sometimes as well and I've found the fix is to change renovation filter from 00 Show All Elements to something else and then back.
