Plotmaker v9: Apply current printer/plotter to get margins

In Plotmaker v3.1 I was able to set the margins of a Master Layout to the current plotter or plotter. In Plotmaker v9 this option seems to have disappeared.

Has the feature been moved to another location or has it just been eliminated?

If it has been eliminated how can we get it back?

Why was it eliminated?
