Section Story Levels not showing on layout, Why?

They show on the section, but not on the placed section on a layout. Sample below. Where is the setting to change this?

In the 'Storey Level' settings of your section settings you will find there is an option to 'Show Storey Levels' > 'Display Only' or "Display & Output'.
You need the latter.
