Story level markers and text somehow not scaling but other layouts are

Hi,
Some of my layouts have scaled my story levels and 1 isn't scaling so is showing up really small.
How do I fix this?

Could you a few screenshots of this situation?
One that shows the correct look, and another one that is not, perhaps?
