It looks to me like the 1000's separator (usually comma or dot).

This is not a font setting but an Operating System setting.

But then surely all of you files would be affected.

Maybe try adjusting the dimension units?

It seems you have this separator because the dimensions are in meters with decimals marked.

Maybe it is worth choosing just a millimeter and then the separator will disappear.

Unfortunately it's doesn't work just turn OFF. But problem is in separator.
When I change to Meters it looks OK and when i switch to millimeters that this issue continue 😕

Do you know How can I change separation ?

It is not necessarily a dimension setting - but it could be - that will be the 'decimal' symbol in the operator system settings.

I use "mm" with zero decimal places.

There is still a 1000's separator that is controlled in the operating system settings.

I have no idea where to look on a Mac, but in Windows ...

But I would assume operating system settings would affect every file on the machine.

So strange it is just the one old file.

Also I'm mac user.
What I know this is not issue with decimals but with "Thousand" space
