Underside of Ceiling Level to sea level label?

Anyone know how to label the underside of a slab(ceiling) with a level related to sea level in plan??? I know the elevation label can do it to story 0 or project 0 but I need sea level..

If I place a Level Dimension with Gravity set to slab, it will dimension the top of a slab. If I then select the textblock of the dimension I can change it to several autotext options (and type whatever else I want there), including sealevel.

To dimension the bottom of slab (aka ceiling), I do not think that is possible.
