Upside down placed drawing

When I place a drawing on a layout it come in upside down. This also happens when I drag and drop a .dxf into a drawing.

Open the Drawing setting dialog, with NO drawing selected (so the word "default" is in the top right corner) and set to ZERO the angle field.
