View Map and Layout Trace

Llian

I remember this issue but just can't remember how to get around with this...
My view map is drawn at scale 1:10 and my layout is also brought in at it is, ie 1:10.
But the trace of my layout seems a lot bigger than the view map.

Can someone help?

Hi there,

I remember that happening when changing the scale of the view or just the viewpoint and using Trace.

What happens is that the Trace view still remembers the previous scale, and needs to be Refreshed.

Try Rebuild Reference, or plainly choose another reference and then move the trace back to the Layout.

Hope it helps
