When exporting PDFs my font changes.

Hi everyone,

I tried finding an answer on here but I wasn't able to. 
I've got a project for which I have to use the company branding to create a tittle block.

When I export PDFs the font changes to Arial. 

- What am I missing?

- Is there a way for me to actually design something or will the font always revert and only be displayed as Arial?

- Is there a way to check what fonts work and which do not?

Operating system used: Windows

Update: 
- When I ( CTRL + P ) print to pdf it shows it as I want it.
- Whereas when I save as a layout it does different things for different font - never shows as displayed.
