From your description, it is difficult for me to guess exactly what is causing the issue. Which ARCHICAD version are you using? I would like to make sure that ARCHICAD is up-to-date first!
Have you tried to save the file to PDF with another machine? Did you save the plan to PDF with
Save as...
or publish to PDF using the
Publisher
? Please try to use the
Publisher or test with another machine and see if the issue still persists.
