ZONE STAMPS - not removing CA- Calculated Area

Using Version 25

I finally got my zones labels like I like them

Room No
Room Name
Floor
Walls
Finish
Size

This looks great except in small room I need a label with only

Room No
Room Name

Here is where my problem is
Everytime it displays it provides a Size also
CA: 100sf.ft.

I have UNCHECKED the option for size

and nothing happens

FOUND ANSWER

Solution was to create a new zone without the size
Then I could copy the style and inject it onto the old one.

This is reproducible here. If I create a zone with the square foot label - it sticks can cannot be removed.

Either inject from a good label or redo.
