after publishing to DWG

When I open a file in AutoCAD that was just published from Plotmaker, each of the AC files associated with the layout are visible, but have been turned into blocks. When I explode them, nothing keeps it s properties (i.e. dimensions become lines and text). Is there a way to fix this. I can't find anything in the translator that I can set to keep this from happening.

If you want to keep the entities intact, you have to publish the same set from ArchiCAD, and relink the blocks or insert the DWGs published from ArchiCAD as XRefs into the DWGs published from PlotMaker, removing the original blocks.

At present, the DWGs published from PlotMaker have everything in lines and text - as that is what gets from ArchiCAD to PlotMaker in the first place.

That exercise is awaiting me today ...
