How do i do to show the symbols of the legend? In the maps they are normal and in the layout they don't show.

Select the Drawing on the Layout and use the "Open Source View" command of the context menu to make sure that the Layer containing those elements are indeed visible in the Source View of the Drawing placed on the Layout.
