License Delivery maintenance is expected to occur on Saturday, November 30, between 8 AM and 11 AM CET. This may cause a short 3-hours outage in which license-related tasks: license key upload, download, update, SSA validation, access to the license pool and Graphisoft ID authentication may not function properly. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Hi all,
is there any way using the level tool to have the bottom level of a slab and not the top level? Is it possible using gdl?

Second screen shot shows two labels - one corrected manually, the other,at the bottom, as ArchiCAD places it. I've love to be able to find and select all of the slabs used as ceilings and hit Label Object and walk away. Instead i need to correct hundreds of fiddly label leader lines. anyway round this..?

There is the Document\Document Extras\Label Selected Elements menu command, which is new to ARCHICAD 19. With that you can Label multiple elements in the same Viewpoint in one step.

Unfortunately the geometry of the Label's pointer is not something that can be picked up by the Syringe. Specifically, the lengths of the Pointer segments are not picked up, which is a problem.

One trick I know of is this. From my observation when a Label is placed, the length of the two segments will be SQR(200) millimeters and 10 millimeter, respectively, in printed units. This means that in model units they will be of different size depending on the current scale in the Viewpoint.
So my trick is that I place one Label and check how large or small it is compared to what I need. Then I change the Scale of the Viewpoint temporarily. Then I placed all those Labels, their sizes will be smaller or larger based on the scale. Then I simply switch back to my correct scale for the Viewpoint.
So if for example want a Label with a Pointer half the above mentioned size I would switch from M 1:100 to M 1:50 for the placement of the Labels.
I hope this makes sense.
