Hi, Can someone help with how I can download the buildings material into ma PC? for example Colours or wall materials. I need to save it in my pc and use them for layouts presentation

What materials?  The standard materials are already installed in your Archicad library.  If you are on subscription (SSA), there is an additional library of materials that can be downloaded.

Perhaps the better question is what do you mean by "use them for layouts presentation".   Presumably this refers to 3D views and renderings? (You tagged your post with the label "3D Document")   Please gives an example of something that you want to see on a layout with materials visible that you are unable to at the moment so that we can offer specific steps to accomplish it.  A screenshot could be helpful.
