problems publishing PM 3.1 to DWG

I am relatively new to AC, so I really need the help!! I am trying to publish a project from PM to a DWG file. The publisher seems to be working fine, but I can't seem to open the file in AutoCAD. It begins to open the file, but just hangs there until I have to abort the program. It doesn't seem to mater whether I publish one page or multiple pages. Any Ideas.

Open it with Recover
