Try Publisher>Publish...
Hit the 'View Set Publishing Properties...' button and select 'Save Files' as your publishing method. Define a path and hit OK. Then from your Project Map or selected Viewset, either drag over views or folder(s), or clone folder(s) that you want to publish to DWG. With these views/folders selected go down to 'Format' and select DWG. Use the 'Options...' button to set your Translator and whooshka - you're ready to save DWG's 'til the cows come home!
Cheers,
