splitting a drawing into several pieces?

What I am really asking is, I have a build site that contains a house and a garage. How do I go about to make the garage on one layout sheet, and the house on another layout sheet?

Once the View of the plan is placed on a Layout, the edge of the View can be edited (Offset Edge in Pet Palette, similar to Offset Edge of a Slab), to reduce the displayed area of the placed View to either the house or garage. The same View can be placed on one Layout or multiple Layouts and edited.
