Lack of support

I have been trying daily - almost for support.  The phone is not even picked up.

I assume you are trying to contact your local distributor by phone.
However, if you don't get a response, you can search for the problem or submit a request on this dedicated website: https://support.graphisoft.com/hc/en-us 
You can also post here in the Graphisoft Community, describing your problem.

NO I am calling Graphisoft as we Do Not have a local dealer and go through the home office.

I have been calling Graphisoft continually for the lase 4-6 weeks,  I get recorded messages but no  answers the phone any more.  I try from 8:00 am cst to 8pm cst and no one ever picks up and you are not allowed to leave a message.

 

Are they closing doors in the US??

I tried every one of their options and No one answers and you also cannot leave a message.

I assume this is the GSNA support 800 number out of Boston... I haven't had a person answer that in years. Tried the each of the extensions... last couple times I called, the automated message didn't even allow for connection to those; just a canned message that they can't receive voice mail. TBH, I'm not even sure why they have a phone number any more.
my best suggestion is to email: support.na@graphisoft.com

cc your reseller on it; describe your issue(s). Follow up with a call to your local reseller to get them to press GSNA for feedback or a reply.
You know what they say, the squeaky wheel and all... GSNA has just (apparently) eliminated one of the squeaks that they have to hear from.

they are definitely not closing; I just had a meeting with several tech support guys about 2 weeks ago... it wasn't easy to set up. But there are people working there, answering emails... just no one is manning the phones

The reply to a US support request email came from a Technical Account Manager, Americas —based in Sao Paulo.

Cheaper to have all of the remote support officed out of the US in the same timezone.
