MEP Schedule in ArchiCAD 28

How do you bring up the MEP schedule in Archicad 28? I have already used the library part parameter, but it still doesn't show up when I want to find its length,

This is from my experience. There might be better workarounds.

Within the element schedule use specific component directly. Especialt segments. Not routes.
