3D Display issue when editing morph?

Can anybody tell me why this is happening when i try to edit my morphs? The tool works fine and the changes happen, i just cant see what i'm changing.

Does it make any difference if you are viewing the 3D window with the Internal engine or with OpenGL?

Looks like a graphics card driver problem.
Try to update your graphics card driver.
