I'm playing a little bit with AC21 and I found that 2D display has some small artifacts ... I solved many of them enabling the antialising 2D but the hotspots are displayed bad ... look at the picture
just an upadte.
I moved a project started with AC19 into AC21.
2D Hardware acceleration is off and I got werid display of all the elements..

Try updating your graphics card drivers to the latest version. When any artifacts appear on my screen this is always the first thing I try, and in many cases the only thing that needs to be done.
