Accessing previous BIMCloud Server

Hi,

We recently updated Archicad 25 from Archicad 22. I know, why delay, you ask? A story for another time!

Anyway, we've set up the updated BIMCloud  (basic), set up the new server and we're able to upload and share our existing project onto the new server.  All the while, we made sure that our previous server with Archicad 22 is still accessible. We were exporting PLAs from the old server and sharing them onto the server simultaneously.  This was all happening during the last week of Dec 2021. Then come 1st week of Jan 2022, the Archicad 22 server is not accessible anymore.

What would be the reason for this and how can we then retrieve our other projects from the previous server?

Have you contacted your local reseller about this?

They should be the first one to contact about this (I suppose it is urgent) and they may be able to help solve the issue.

Hi Laszlo. Thank you for the advice. It's seems that it's the only solution for me at this moment.
