ArchiCAD 15 INT (30-Day Trial) Install Problem

Hi, during the instal proces the pop-up window did not apear, so I was unable to insert my User ID and Serial number. I saw only that rotating circle. The program installs and I can run it,
but only in DEMO mode. Is there a solution to these?
