My customer has 2 ArchiCAD 14 net licenses, protected by means of WIBU dongle. WIBU dongle was inserted to USB plug on the server without DNS.
Sometime ArchiCAD don't start and display message "Key not found..., but if I restart WIBU key service, then ArchiCAD is starting. Of course, it is not convenient.
I know about Graphisoft document, which recomends to enter IP-adress evidently. We try do it, but without success.
What do you recommend ?
