hello,

i have archicad 20 on mac, all recent updates are installed

two problems -

1st - 1/4 of work window is empty (white), on every projection

2nd - randomly freezes computer, so even touchpad is blocked. have to choke my computer to death and and turn on again, what makes any progress impossible.

i reinstalled program, same problem

was looking through topics, couldn't find any answer. worked with archicad for 4 years, never had anything similar to that.
if someone have faced with this problem, please share your solution

So, I have a similar, but more extreme case perhaps.

Mac OSX 10.12.6
AC 20.0.0 v1 USA (5025)
One month new model MacBookPro, running 16 gigs RAM and this AC20 Build for a month, without issue. Updated to OS X 10.12.6 a week ago, and no issues running AC 20 as before.

However, today:
Working on the same 320MB file in the 2D and 3D window. Zoom tool fails and all we see are many repeated lines. Quit app and restart. Same failure appears. Quit app, then shut down the Mac. Restart. Complete system failure, the machine will no longer boot up, even in safe mode.

Any help greatly appreciated!

That doesn't sound like an Archicad issue to me.
If it is a new machine and it won't boot now I would be taking it back to where you bought it from.
Sounds like something has failed - graphics card, mother board, memory?
