Archicad cannot be opened (missing library)

Could anyone please help me with this issue I'm having?

I'm trying to open the Archicad (version 26 - student version) and as soon as I click on starting a new project it shuts down the window and I get this message, saying "Archicad cannot be started, following files are missing: BuiltInLibraryParts.lcf"

Could this be an issue with the license or do I need to install some type of library parts?

Sounds to me like a problem with the installation.

I would try installing it again.
