Can't open more than one instance of Archicad 26 ARM

Im running a 2021 16" MacBook M1 Pro with 16GB of ram. Randomly it stopped allowing multiple instances of Archicad 26 ARM. I can open other version alongside the A26 ARM and multiple instances of other versions. I recently tried updating my OS to correct the issue and am now running Ventura 13.4.1, but was unsuccessful. I was previously running Ventura 13.1.0. The image below shows the error Im facing.

That to me looks like an error reading a particular file.

Can you open that file if it is the only Archicad running?

Do you get the same message if you open any second file or even the default template?
