When I open one of the windows, it shows up in the background, the cursor turns to the spinning beach ball, and about 30 seconds later Archicad crashes out to the desk top and the bug reporting software starts. The same thing happens when updating the "corrupt" zone.
I'm running Archicad 8.1.0 V1 USA (1307) on a MAC g4 dual 450 with 1.25 gig ram. I've been working with this file for some time, and this problem has reared it's ugly head in the last two days.
I've tried to "save as" a new file, with no effect. What else can I do?
Thanks for any input-
Pete

ejrolon-
I tied saving the currupt file as an archive, opening the archive file and resaving it under a new name as a solo project file, and it did not change the problem.
I even did the process again after deleting the suspect zones, and it still crashes immediately after opening a section/elevation window from the navigator.
Any other ideas?
Thanks for your reply,
Pete Anderson

Merge it into a New and reset file, or into a new file freshly started froma template.
You do have a template, don't you?š
