About program installation and update, hardware, operating systems, setup, etc.

Crash Dump 8 times in a row...

Every time I go to delete something (a wall, an object, etc.) the program crashes and disappears of off the screen - then it prompts up a window indicating a bug problem. This is driving me insane - if anyone has had this happen before or could tell me if this is a problem related to the file vs. the computer, or if its a program AC11 problem - please help.

I am very frustrated right now.

mate, could you tell us more about your computer (type,OS,graphic card,memory etc) and AC (version-assumed 11, build no. and localisation).
the problem could be caused by obsolete graphic card drivers...or another possibility is the type of dongle you are using and drivers for it.

there is a bug with the original IFC add-on.
