ok
copied entire "work environment" folder from work computer and replaced home computer w.e. folder w/ it. it did not change the right click menu.
I will restart computer and see if it changes things.
is there a way to directly customize the right click menu?

I believe after you copy the Work Environment folder, you still have to load it into Archicad for it to know to actually use that folder.Indeed you do. Use the Import button in the Work Environment dialog to import your profile folder. Or if you just wanted to import a scheme can do that too using the same method, when each particular Scheme is highlighted in the list.
