Dimension text position changes from hotlink file to host file

Hi everyone,

We are having a problem with dimensions text. When we move it in the hotlink file and update the host file, the new position is ignored. Any ideas? I have tried playing with different options of the text without luck. Sometimes it actually works others no. It's almost random...

Please see attached image. (the real model is not actually orthogonal to the screen, it has several different angles.)

Hi,

Thank you for sharing the issue with us!

This is a known defect with the dimensions in Hotlink Module. Under certain circumstances, the position of the dimension text is not updated in the host file. This defect has been fixed in ARCHICAD 22 build 7000 and is scheduled to be fixed in the second update of ARCHICAD 23. In your case, please update AC22 to the latest build in order to get rid of this error.

Thank you very much. At this point I can't test it because I cannot update the software. We are a team of 20+ and we don't update easily. I'll let you know if it works later.
