Flashing in 3D modeling views

When I try to navigate (rotate, pan zoom, etc.) in 3D modeling views, it flashes my site plan. It's not the end of the world, but it is extremely annoying every time I'm working in any 3D view. Does anyone know why it might be flashing like this?

To add to my previous reply,

The problem seems to be caused by the 528.49 NVIDIA drivers.

I had the 516.49 installed (clean install) and the problem disappeared.

Hope I helped.

I am noticing this with 26 5002. I have reinstalled windows and still this is happening. Latest NVIDIA drivers with a 3080Ti.

Also when I am in 3d and click the floorplan windows everything disappears. The flooe plan is white. I have to scroll or double click for the elements to appear.
