I've noticed AC25 crashing frequently when closing any tabs (including Action Center) since updating to macOS Monterey v12.3 yesterday. The only way I've found to reduce (but not eliminate) the crashing is to go to a plan view and then use Window > Close All Other Tabs and Windows. I've tried opening my PLN with the repair option as well as cleaning my preferences but neither of these approaches have helped. I've submitted a bug report with every single crash. Here's the latest Bug ID: AC25-2022-03-15-12-13-27-8871
Any suggestions?

It is great that you have submitted the bug reports, but don't expect to here anything back.
You will need to follow up with your local Archicad support people quoting those bug numbers and ask them if they can tell what the problem is.
Barry.

Thanks Barry. I've emailed GSNA support per your suggestion. I'm casting a wide net here. I can't be the only one.

Just to let you know, I have just installed update 5005 for AC25, and so far I have not experienced any crashing when closing tabs (nor did I before the upgrade).
But I am a Windows user.
I see 2 of you seem to be using macOS Monterey.
Not sure about @INTEXHOMES ?
I wonder if this is limited only to Mac users?
Barry.

I suggest that all macOS Monterey users (or anyone that this is happening to), contact there local Archicad support people and complain loudly.
Hopefully they will then escalate this to Graphisoft HQ.
The more sources this comes from, the more urgency might be placed on fixing it.
Barry.
