1. Click the Start button and type dxdiag in the search field. The DxDiag.exe application will appear in the list above. Click to open it, allow to open if User Account Control prompts you.
2. In the DirectX Diagnostic tool window, click Save All Information... and save the file to your desktop.
3. Send this file to Technical Support if asked.
1. Click the Apple icon in the upper left corner of the screen and select About This Mac.
2. Click More Info... and then System Report...
3. Then go to File/Save... and save to your desktop.
4. Send this file to Technical Support if asked.
