In certain situations Technical Support may request information regarding your computer. Please follow the steps below to create a file containing the system specifications of your computer.
On Windows (Vista/7/8/8.1/10)
1. Click the Start button and type dxdiag in the search field. The DxDiag.exe application will appear in the list above. Click to open it, allow to open if User Account Control prompts you.
2. In the DirectX Diagnostic tool window, click Save All Information... and save the file to your desktop.
3. Send this file to Technical Support if asked.
On Mac OSX (10.7 and above)
1. Click the Apple icon in the upper left corner of the screen and select About This Mac.
2. Click More Info... and then System Report...
3. Then go to File/Save... and save to your desktop.
4. Send this file to Technical Support if asked.
On Mac OSX (10.6)
1. Click the Apple icon in the upper left corner of the screen and then About This Mac.
2. Click More Info...
3. Then go to File/Save... and save to your desktop.
4. Send this file to Technical Support if asked.
