Open GL doesnt work properly it says openGL isn't working

Archicad may not be using the dedicated video card.

In the operating system settings, check whether Archicad is using the integrated GPU of the processor, and if it does, set it to use the dedicated video card.

Just because I just heard someone mention it recently, you are plugged into the GPU and not the Motherboard right?

That is odd, as unless you are using the integrated, it should not be handled by the motherboard...
